In addition to having our TV hooked up this weekend, we also had the bank inspector come out and do the final inspection for the 203-k loan. He checked everything off and said everything looked fine, so we are officially done with the 203-k loan work! Now we can do whatever we want and bring in our own (better and more qualified) contractors :)
