HVAC Relocated

During Phase 2 we had two new HVAC systems installed (one for basement and first floor and the other for 2nd and 3rd floors) because the old ones were completely shot. However, because the final layout of our house was not complete we installed a lot of things temporarily and put duct work in places that were the cheapest solutions at the time but not the best or final solution. So now that we are working through the final solution, the basement / 1st floor duct work and HVAC have to be completely moved to the other side of the basement.  We are building a mechanical room that will encompass the gas meter, hvac, sub pump and ejector pit, hot water tank, and central vac (yes we are installing a central vacuum).

  1. It seems that you have your work cut out for you. Here’s to hoping that everything is done properly, and that no problems will come from the unit later on. Anyway, how’s everything coming along? I hope you’re close to finishing everything up by now, if you haven’t already. Good day!

  2. Getting the new HVAC unit in our house installed was so much easier when we called this company for help. They were able to move the unit to a new part of the house, and we have some of the coolest air we have ever felt. This was so important for our family before it got hot outside again this year.

  3. It looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you! it might be good to get some additional help as this looks like a weeks worth of work. My husband and I have recently renovated our basement and it was a week's worth of carrying, lifting and pulling. Hope that your project will yield great results!
